1. Service
EPTTANA is a digital guide with general crisis-preparedness tips, provided as web app, PDF and e-book.
2. Licence
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use EPTTANA privately on your own devices. Sharing, reselling and publishing are not allowed. You may print the fridge page for your household and neighbours.
3. Notes and liability
EPTTANA is a collection of general tips and information to help you prepare for crises in everyday life. It is no guarantee of survival and no substitute for professional help.
In a real emergency, always follow the instructions of the authorities, police, fire service, ambulance service and civil protection. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number.
The content does not replace medical, legal or technical advice. First aid information does not replace a first aid course.
Every situation is different. Check for yourself, and with care, whether a tip suits you, your health and your surroundings. You apply the tips at your own risk.
We have carefully compiled the content based on public guidance (as of October 2026). Phone numbers, warning systems and local services may change. We cannot guarantee that all information is complete, correct and up to date.
Translations may contain errors. The German version prevails.
Liability for damage arising from the use of the content is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, in cases of injury to life, body or health, or where mandatory statutory provisions, such as those on product liability, provide otherwise.
EPTTANA is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any authorities, aid organisations or the apps, broadcasters and companies mentioned.
4. Updates
We provide updates as far as legally required to keep the content usable and free of defects.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, starting on the day the contract is concluded. Tell us ([kontakt@deine-domain.eu]) in a clear statement. We refund all payments without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days.
Early expiry: for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if, before buying, you expressly agreed that we start supplying before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and received a confirmation of this.
6. Law
Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
